• By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Terms and Conditions applicable to this service.
• Minor revisions are free and unlimited during the active design process, as long as they stay within the original concept. After final delivery, additional revisions are charged at 50% of the base cover price (subject to increase based on complexity), with each charge covering up to two (2) revision rounds.
• If you cancel the project or fail to complete payment, we reserve the right to sell the design as a premade cover at any time.
