• By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Terms and Conditions applicable to this service, including the revisions policy: minor revisions are free and unlimited during the active design process (within the original concept), while major revisions and post-delivery revisions are charged at 50% of the base cover price for up to two (2) rounds, with fees subject to increase based on complexity.
• Canceled or unpaid commissioned work, once started, may be converted into premade covers. Please refer to Clause 7 (Commission Conversion / Resale) for details.
